Commercial Office Renovation

Client Need: Fast feasibility estimate for 5300 SF office area per floor

What We Delivered:

•  Drywall/framing quantities across 3 floors ( Gypsum boards, Metal studs 360S162-54 , 600S162-54 and tracks 360T162-54 and 600T162-54 )

•  Mechanical and electrical coordination review (identified 4 clashes)

•  Cost estimate: ~$960,000 renovation package for the whole project scope

Result: Clash report saved contractor from ~$75K in change orders during construction.
